Boyer Young Development Company was co-founded by Tim Young and Mark Boyer and incorporated in May 1995. Tim Young and Mark Boyer have combined experience of over 50 years of developing ground into residential subdivisions throughout the greater Omaha metro area.

Boyer Young Development Company provides state of the art, correctly built, high percentage walk out home sites to the builders in our subdivisions. Boyer Young Development Company makes it a routine practice that each and every home site has been personally inspected and officially approved for home building. Boyer Young Development Company owners have held a license in Real Estate since the mid-1970s and take the building of subdivisions very seriously. Boyer Young Development Company is one of the largest developers in the area and has received the coveted Metro Area Builders Association developer of the year.

Boyer Young Development Company prides itself in providing home sites for small, medium, and large homes in all areas of the city. Boyer Young Development Company has subdivisions located in Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, West Omaha, Northwest Omaha, and our flagship development Iron Horse located between Omaha and Lincoln next to Mahoney State Park.

Both co-owners were born and raised in Omaha and have extensive knowledge of the inner workings on a local and state political landscape.
