
Boyer Young Real Estate Company offers its new agents a formal 4 week training program. It’s a very practical course instructing agents how to find buyers and sellers and what to do after they find them. Since signage on a property is one of the most effective ways of attracting customers and clients, agents are given the opportunity to put up their signs and brochure boxes on builder lots and specs.
The course content includes setting goals, finding prospects, measuring houses, filling out the paperwork confidently and professionally, how to sell new construction, how to conduct an open house and much more!
This 4 week course does not promise to teach everything an agent needs to know to be successful. That is an ongoing process. Boyer Young’s staff will always have an agent available to act as a coach and mentor. All of our agents are encouraged to commit themselves to ongoing personal improvement.
